The Festival at Bel Air is located in Harford County, Maryland, on Route 24 between Bel Air South Parkway and Wheel Road.

From I-95 in Maryland, take Exit 77B 1.5 miles west; the Festival will be on your right.

In Harford County, take Route 24 or 924 to the Bel Air South Parkway or Wheel Road entrances.
